Their semi-sweet chocolate chunk is absolutely delicious. I always order all 6 cookies as that one flavor of cookie when they’re available so I can get some of them before they sell out. Do yourself a favor and be sure to get more than one. I always order online so I have no idea what the atmosphere is like. Ordering online is quick and super easy.
I went to the Crumbl Cookies in Avon when they first opened. This was my first experience with a Crumbl Cookie restaurant, so I had been looking forward to them opening for a while. The restaurant was extremely clean and had an amazing smell. When I told some of the other patrons that it was my first time, they came to life! Everyone was delighted to tell me their favorite Cookie and fill me in on the prices and how delicious everything was. When I got my cookie, it was hot and fresh! I enjoyed it and gave it an 8 out of 10!
We stopped in at the Avon, IN store tonight, during a pretty big snow storm, and they were closing down for the night but still let my husband in to purchase some cookies. It’s my birthday and I’ve been craving Crumbl cookies, and they were so nice and gracious, even though they were trying to close for the night. They even gave us an extra little special cookie and put a 39 on it with icing as a birthday surprise for me. The employees working on 1/24/26 deserve all the flowers and recognition for the way they treated us. It made my whole entire night so fun and special! Thank you so much

So far I have only visited this location, for personal use and DoorDash. I can say it’s always clean, commutation can be better but overall it’s great.
I love these cookies. The texture is always so soft. The recipes they create are super creative. I love the classics like their chocolate chip cookie that’s sprinkle lightly with crystallized salt. Some cookies are served warm some chilled. The variety changes but the size of the cookies don’t. They are very big and shareable. Foodies will appreciate the versatility here.
Super fast at getting our order ready we were barely there over five minutes. Exceptional service , gorgeous presentation,and most were delicious but for me personally way to sweet. But I definitely will be back to try more flavors. Definitely worth the experience for sure. 10-22-2024 Had to do an update because I went again and yet again super impressed with a great experience and a beautiful presentation 🤤 I'm one happy Mama and the banana bread cake was my absolute favorite 🤤 Go run and get you some, you deserve it....

I usually oder from this location and they’re always on time, when I host a reunion at home I pampering them with Crumbl Cookies and my guests have always loved them.
